“Our plan is to occupy the space in early December with hopes of a soft opening early in 2021.We will build up to a March Women’s History Month event(s), depending on COVID-19 restrictions,” Bailey stated.
WHC is thrilled to have a new home with such a deep and rich history in the community,” said heritage center executive director Diane Bailey. “It is a natural fit for our organization to begin a new chapter at the historic building at this time.”

The MWHC has been looking for a permanent home for the last two years and in Marian House found a "true partner," Bailey said, noting other places they looked at weren't affordable for a nonprofit.
